Flirting 101: Want to be better at attracting love and creating opportunities in dating? For goodness sakes, FLIRT!! Flirting is fun and doesn’t cost a thing! In this class, Alma teaches you how to proactively introduce yourself and “break the ice.” You'll learn the fine arts of small talk, giving or getting a phone number and sealing the deal. We’ll even discuss ways of dealing with rejection so it hurts less. Are you terminally shy? This class will help you overcome your fear. Even if you are a born extravert, you'll be able to fine tune your skills. 
You'll be up on your feet with lots of exercises to practice what you've learned. Prepare for fun!

Flirting 202: Less Lecture and more interaction!
Turn on the charm and be persuasive. Use your brains, body, personality and sexuality to get what you want. This class is more interactive than Flirting 101 and includes pairing up for role playing and other on-your-feet exercises. You will be given one-on-one coaching from Alma and Kate on your flirting techniques. Be prepared for constructive criticism and helpful tips. We will explore the art of clothing, props, accessories, humor and body language to attract a mate. You will be paired with many different partners to experiment and try new techniques. We will also use music and movement to tap into your own rhythm and find body comfort and sensuality that works for you. Flirting 101 is not a prerequisite. Just know we are taking it up a notch!

Alma is a dynamic speaker who has been featured in Raleigh's Midtown Magazine and was previously seen on ABC's "The Bachelor". She had a successful date coaching and matchmaking business in Portland and is now sharing her skills with Authentic Connections and you!
